it's quite obvious that this is the long-term way to go :)

i have a mail cooking for quite some time, primarily as some kind of 
feedback to viktor's oft-asked question as to make harbour 
packaging-friendly, but the whole splitting- and packaging-idea raises 
so many questions and problems that thus far i've never had the 
inspiration to sit tight long enough to organize my thoughts and 
actually write the mail. maybe my unconscious is thinking if i wait 
long enough, it writes itself :)
