sources for your include files

I'm invoking hbmk2 from a batch file and in my test, the include is
generated with a preprocessor directive, perhaps some of that, makes the
difference.
Anyway, I've solved using %CD% variable, available in batch files.
It looks like: hbmk2 -incpath=%CD% ...
