The new hbextern program is coming along nicely.
As none of the files it will be producing from/for contrib folders do
not exist, and there are too many to attempt to parse out a copyright
comment block, what should be the copyright statement in these new files be?
I am endeavouring to use doc/hdr_tpl.txt as a template, but I am unsure
who the copyright holder should be.
Since I am making the program that makes these files but no more I do
not believe I should name myself the copyright holder.
What are your thoughts?
