Viktor, my first attempt matches your file with these exceptions:
- whitespace - my output has a few blank lines
- comment - my output has a trailing comment "end of...."
- omission of this statement, which is redundant

- addition of one entry
EXTERNAL HB_CODEPAGE_ESMWIN
The first two are cosmetic, the third is of no consequence, but is the
last difference a mistake on my part or (excuse me here) yours?
