It's just a matter of decision (and extra work) to include contribs, and which ones. Lastly: Cost. Has anyone any idea, how much does such a documentation cost? Maybe it would be good to get some estimates before starting collecting money. Probably even better would be if author(s) could collect money directly. Brgds, Viktor
