IMO, we shouldn't split out users to two "casts" (not to mention we also
support Darwin, DOS, BSD, HPUX, SunOS, OS/2), since
this would just raise the barrier between users, issues and their
resolutions.

Speaking of Harbour, most issues can pretty much be discussed
in general, regardless of the platforms now. And I think this is how
it should be done, as portability is a very important goal for us, and
a huge amount of work is done in this regard. Ideally, this message
should be reflected also in our forums.

[ A few exceptions are platform specific GTs and a few contribs, but
these don't need a separate forum. ]

F.e. I'm very happy to be able to run all my apps on all desktop
platforms using the exact same source (with just *very* few #ifdefs)
and by using only official Harbour tools (no local make or other hacks).

Brgds,
Viktor
