For me anything is good, just let's settle on something.

httpsrv is a bit generic indeed, although since there is
no other generic http server inside Harbour, it can be good,
I just miss the 'hb' from it to show the world it's running
on Harbour (but hbhttpd looks a bit strange, or I don't know).
I'm waiting for the end of the brainstorm and hold back
my commit until then.
