Having placed a topic on the forum and tested it I would like to make a 
few suggestions.
1. Please enable email "topic reply notifications" as this is one of the 
main advantages of a forum. These can be enabled/disabled on a per user 
basis so I can think of no reason for not doing this.
2. Since Harbour is becoming more "GUI" then I think that it would be 
apropriate to enable IMG tags. In topics concerning the GUI I often 
display an image (or preferably clickable image thumbnail) to 
demonstrate the problem. "A picture speaks a thousand words"
3. Avatars. To mailing list users this may be an alien topic, but as a 
regular forum user I find that small (say 50x50 px) avatars are very 
useful in quickly identifying users while scrolling down the page. I 
think that in a small community like Harbour this would be even more useful.
