Unless there is some input how to create a "simple" patch file which
works on both *nix and non-*nix systems, also with the EOLs sorted
out, I'll stop this very time consuming and frustrating subproject after
spending too many hours on it without any advance.

Problems:
- If I create .dif on win, *nixes cannot process it
- If I create .dif on *nix, .dif EOLs will be inconsistent, SVN complains
- If I create .dif on *nix for LF converted sources, win cannot process it
