Takes long time to assemble, upload, download. Also, to me it seems there isn't enough of a demand for x64/CE-ARM platform to hit the package with 1GB of extra tools, plus 100MB extra download. It's also quite easy though to download a .zip or .gz file into its place. I used to pack the latest from everything.
