You should read the docs on the wiki if you're not familiar with it.
As for the "Welcome" page, rather than overwriting it, you
should create a new link in it, and start writing the text into the
newly created page under your new link. Image is also possible,
pls check the docs, I may have posted a link, anyhow it's the same
syntax MediaWiki uses.

I'm just recommending this, if it's not easy for you, just use
anything you'd like.

It can be inside Harbour, say, under the name of hbmkui.
Someone has to develop it.
