I hope finding collaboration for made this
Now I think to A web site where everybody if enabled can add his suggestion
I se at perspective like tools but every suggestion can be usefull
Please send me any manual or guide that everyone have written and I try 
coordinate it in a project

Nothing can or should stop you, or anybody to launch
any private Harbour related website, including
documentation, unofficial builds, 3rd party stuff, links,
examples, _whatever_ else (which complies with normal
copyright and privacy rules of course). In contrary,
this is actually very good thing and very nice service
to the community and users.

So, if you have something in mind, go ahead and do it.
I'm sure we can add a link from the official site, if
there is useful content there.
