I don't made any comment because our vision are very distant
I propose host a cms/WIKI/documentation project on my server becase
I have undestrand your position
I vote not to do this. IIRC, you volunteered to help
to fix and enhance our website (while everyone else got
his access removed, so you got 'exclusive' write rights),
and to this day there was not much done. To me this
looks like a dead end.
