Okay, how to mark it as unsupported? (screen message?,
item in whatsnew?, not creating it by default?)
What about moving it to the contrib dir?
It would be easy to build for the ones that want it and clear that
it's not part of the standard build.
It's not very straightforward, as contrib is able
to build libs only with the current tools.
The current place for executables / tools inside
contrib is 'contrib/examples'.
That's where I'd put it along with a few make files
(B32/VC) to make it easy to build.
