I am somewhat reluctant in splitting this up, since so far noone has raised any critique with the essence of the GCD. So I don't think there is any (essential) disagreement. If disagreement should emerge my aim would first be to include the criticism into GCD007 as a whole and only if this seemes doomed to fail resort to splitting it up.
