Indeed I would do things the other way round: The GCD is used for taking a decision: once a decision has been taken, the outcome should be moved to the manual. Contributors should only be expected to read the manual and not wade through GCDs (which may eventually build upon one another and add or remove points of previous GCDs). Andreas
