Re: Guix Authenticate confusing behavior

Like I wrote, my guess is that Jodi did not run “make”: that would have
installed the hook from Guix, and ‘guix git authenticate’ does not
overwrite existing hooks.
I responded above. The issue is I ran guix git authenticate before make, 
so make didn't overwrite the hook with the correct one.
