Unless Ludo has changed his preferences from when he sent [1], wanting to _implement_ a branch rename as part of the move to Codeberg doesn't prevent it being _discussed_ in a separate GCD - said GCD can clarify the suggested timing of the proposed change (and the reasons thereof).
