What are the benefits of changing the name of the master branch? I see lot of downsides, and not really any positives. Anyway, in my opinion separate proposal would be better, so that it can get proper discussion. Tomas -- There are only two hard things in Computer Science: cache invalidation, naming things and off-by-one errors.
