renaming of fpga.scm module

Hi Guix,

  I need to point out a (not that relevant after all) issue which
  bothers me a bit, regarding the gnu/package/fpga.scm module. Simply
  put, it doesn’t necessarily concern fpga related software, and so its
  name may be misleading. Electronics would be a much better choice: I
  ignore this renaming modules might be an issue.

  I plan to contribute extra software to this module (siliconcompiler,
  to mention just one): as you may see, its use goes well beyond the
  fpga domain, which remains a sub-field of the more large umbrella of
  the electronics.

  Last but not least, renaming fpga to electronics would make guix
  compatible with guix-science, where we follow this criteria.
