I just pushed an updated version of draft-ietf-grow-bgpopsecupd;

Changes include:

- Minor textual/formulation improvements without changing content
- Feedback from Martin Pels on removing the Valley-Free term
- Added reference to the two drafts on terms & techniques as discussed
during the last meeting.

Looking forward to feedback on the current state of the draft.
