Just because a person isn't working at Mozilla doesn't mean they can't be
an owner or peer. It would be worth contacting the individuals in question
to see if they want their names to be removed from the lists. (Does a peer
have the ability to stand down without the module owner's direct say?
Presumably...)

I have moved Gerv's name to "Owner(s) emeritus" for the Content HTTP
Headers module.
