We should probably hold off pushing for big changes here until the
decision about the TLMC proposal is announced. While it's still
in-flight, I believe there's broad support for it from Mozilla's
leadership and I think clarity of ownership here will help a lot.

While there may be some parts that are out of date or inaccurate, in my
experience it's mostly reliable and a vital resource.
I suggest making specific suggestions about the things that need

right now it's practically useless citing owners and peers who don't
work on Firefox anymore and components that don't exist anymore. Do we
intend to update it? Because if not it would be better to just take it
down; as it is it's both useless and misleading.
