After the Santa Challenge, there was some discussion about a Perl
Golfers Association Handbook. When there have been a few analyses posted
here of beginner's solutions, we could extract the most imortant rules
into the PGAH.

As I said, I will do this for Tor's solutions, if he submits them...
I'll post it to this list.

Apart from that, I'd like to invite the top golfers to explain their
code, especially if they have used an uncommon technique. We have made a
list of interesting solutions that we think should be explained, and we
will post that list when the course is closed.
