Well, both are not broken after substantial research. Further, a break of ElGamal would also break RSA but not the other way around. The rest of the arguments are only centered about signatures (even the RNG argument is about signatures). Considering my personal use case, where signing messages is not very important but encryption is and since I don't have a keycard, I chose to use ElGamal for my day to day key.
