I moved the gnucash directory to remove it from syncing and then iCloud drive synchronized correctly. I put back the gnucash directory and everything synced correctly except for the files saved with the latest gnucash.
Can you do an `ls -l` on the files, just to make sure there's nothing funny with the permissions?
