Adrien's comment was about the *Transfer* column, whose header is mashed 
together with the Reconcile column in such a way that the transfer column's 
right border is hidden (another developer decision buried in the mists of time).

ISTR that you originally asked to see more of the Transfer column, not the 
Description. If you want the Description column wider, just make it wider.
