I have talked about this forever - but I have never gotten a "real"
answer. Just something like - that's the way it is. It does not make
any sense to me -- but - that's they way it is (LOL!!!)

The only border to drag to change column size is the one to the right of
the column you want to change.
If you are in Single-Line mode (default) you will not see this border,
but will instead, see the right-hand border for the Reconciled column.
Click View > Double Line to see the specific Account/Transfer column
border, adjust as needed, then if you prefer, turn off Double-Line mode.
