Hi
There have been no changes in terms of DKIM, and AFAIK no changes to any
of the related DNS records.
Does your email forward through a service without rewriting the mail
headers?  That would certainly cause SPF failures.

You're welcome to email me directly (off-list) with the full headers of a
failed message and I can try to look at the logs from my end..
