Brenda, It appears that you are editing the QIF file incorrectly. It should not need to be edited at all if it is coming from a financial institution. I have not used that format for income accounts so I cannot tell you exactly what is wrong in your case but I think that one side should be appearing in an income account, and the other side in a bank account. If you go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quicken_Interchange_Format you will see some examples of how the format is used, but I think that it is not 100% correct. Try to find a more authoritative source for exact usage. Also, I see that you are in a jurisdiction that has HST, which we do not have in the US.
