Thanks again Murugan, I did read another reply you made more carefully about how that file gets copied if it is not already their and I did what you have described below. I am now all fixed with the latest mapping file, including my changes.
In case it helps someone, I am on Windows 10, and I did the following: 1. Went to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\GnuCash (where <username> is my user name) 2. Renamed accelerator-map to accelerator-map-backup 3. Restarted GnuCash to get a new accelerator-map 4. Adjusted the relevant lines in accelerator-map, like this (gtk_accel_path "<Actions>/GncPluginPageRegisterActions/ViewStyleDoubleLineAction" "<Primary>4") (gtk_accel_path "<Actions>/GncPluginPageRegisterActions/ViewStyleRadioAction/0" "<Primary>1") (gtk_accel_path "<Actions>/GncPluginPageRegisterActions/ViewStyleRadioAction/1" "<Primary>2") (gtk_accel_path "<Actions>/GncPluginPageRegisterActions/ViewStyleRadioAction/2" "<Primary>3") 5. Restarted GnuCash I must admit though, I changed the key bindings, restarted GnuCash, and it didn't work. I then realised I had not removed the semi-colons and did another iteration to get it all fixed!
