The file gnucash/lib/Makefile.in redefines the dist: rule. Does anyone know why that was done? The comments say it solves problems that 'naive' builders are having. Anybody know what those problems are? We don't even use the 'dist' rule to create a distribution. I mention this because it generates an annnoying warning during recompile.
