As others have already commented, pofilter is extremely useful in doing some technical QA automation (naturally before committing or while reviewing a translation). Some of the tests might not be useful for every language or group of languages, nevertheless. Thinking of Slavic languages, these might be useful to exclude to eliminate a high number of false positives: doublequoting singlequoting doublespacing puncspacing startcaps simplecaps acronyms brackets sentencecount Your mileage may vary, of course.
