I added two msgids in Evolution.

Regarding to the "[Security=..." string,
the char '=' and ';' are delimiters in the program so the example msgstr is
"[Translated Security=Translated Personel;Translated Unclassified;...]".

I'm not sure whether it is translatable. Non-ASCII character is not
allowed in Email field names (rfc822).
Thanks for this point. I thought GUI only but the email field names should be
ASCII.
This still needs be revised.
