I looked at the Tetravex problem and the problem lies in empty <a>
tags used as anchors, such as <a name="playing-fig"/>.

Interestingly this doesn't happen on my computer, which is using
revision 981 of gnome-doc-utils; Shaun, what change could have caused
this ?
