Diane, I'm not sure. Since I am guessing you do not have it set to send you an e-mail for all topics, did you select to have that topic e-mailed to you? I'm not 100% sure how to do that since I don't use that feature, but click icon in the upper right of the screen under Groups which says My Settings and select *My topic email subscriptions*.
