   Thanks for the contribution @tglanz!
   
   This isn't really a ceil operation, but a ceiling divide. Rust landed 
`div_ceil` for `usize` in 1.73:
   https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/primitive.usize.html#method.div_ceil
   Can we use that instead?
