Review Comment:
   add `not like A\u{10ffff}%\u{10ffff}_`. I think existing testcase 
`col("s1").not_like(lit("A\u{10ffff}%\u{10ffff}"))` is equivalent  to `NOT LIKE 
'foo%bar'`
