One of the approaches could be to pass down filters down to the parquet decoding (dictionaries) (e.g. `<> '') https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/issues/9442 That would also save creating views (which is expensive) and allocate for non matching rows. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
