The core and all drivers I have copyright of will be under MIT/X style
license. The sample implementations (for Linux so far) will be 
just as the target requires.

The Linux sample implementation, yes. However, if you need a different
copyright for parts I have written, just ask me what for.

As said above, KGI itself will/is MIT/X (I am just going through the
files before moving the CVS-Repository to SourceForge and add a
copyright notice stating it is under MIT/X license where appropriate.

That's what we agreed on at the last copyright debate.
