Can you also please share your stderrout log?
Is the one containing info about whether GDAL has been properly loaded or not.
I have no feedbacks about the URL conversion DEBUG message but I think is a
simple DEBUG message reported by some callback mechanism which is not reporting
anything critical (moreover it isn't related to the GDAL loading issue)
Hoping some other developers can chime in to provide more info on that if
needed.
