When KDE4 came out I seriously thought of ditching KDE apps and Kmail is the one I use on a daily basis. I looked at other alternatives for a while and ended up coming back to Kmail, despite the need to install KDE4. Kmail version 1.13.7 is very stable for me and does more than what I need from a mail client. More importantly, it does things the way I expect them to do it. ;-) I have looked at mutt some time ago, but then I would also need to install fetchmail and smtp and what not, instead of a single desktop application. -- Regards, Mick
