It will. 32bit, 64bit, 33MHz, 66MHz, 100MHz, 133MHz, PCI, PCI-X are all electrically, and from a software point, the same. (PCI-e is something entirely different, BTW) The only exclusion is 3.3V and 5V, but a 3.3V only card won't fit into a 5V only slot, as 5V slots have a second key in the slot. The bus will automatically clock itself down to the lowest common denominator, so you'll get a performance hit on other cards on the same bus. -- Mike Williams
