Hi guys,i am about to buy an adaptec 1210SA "fakeraid" controller, or a 1205SA host controller, and 2 SATA disks at about 200GB. Could someone please recommend this, or say something against? I searched the whole net, gentoo forums, gentoo wiki, and so far it looks quite good, but i still am a bit afraid, whether or not this thing will work. (of course i am going to install gentoo on this thing :-))
