be either done or mirrored on gentoo infra for reasons of the Social
Contract. So I'm not against doing the Crystal review on github per se,
just that we don't have that history mirrored on gentoo infra. This
crosses the line of dependency.
There is a judgment call on "small" vs "large" and I'm sure we'll argue
about that. But there is a line.
We can also debate why the Social Contract is a good idea.
