Wikipedia started using an extension for marking pages as "validated". See [1]. This would allow us to setup a group of "trusted people" (developers, long-time users, well-known contributors - for example) who would be able to review pages and tag them that way. Non-reviewed pages could show a header then clearly stating that this specific page hasn't been reviewed and might contain inaccurate information.
