Hi Justin

Picocli NOTICE mentions GPL is coming from OpenJDK documentation
copied in the Picocli source distribution (documentation), not
included in jar.

I know that GPL is not allowed, but we don't have GPL dependency here:
- picocli is using Apache license
- picocli jar doesn't include GPL resources (only source)

I'm not Picocli committer, but it looks good to me.
