Some podlings are facing challenges on unsuitable names that must be changed before graduation. The naming process is mandatory for every podling that wants to graduate, according to [3]. [3] https://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/naming.html In the referred thread, people generally agree that we'd better put the podling name search process before entering incubation, so that podlings won't suffer during incubation. I noticed that our podling site actually has such refs [4][5]. So I made [1].
