Thanks all for the updated proposal and thorough discussions so far.

I'm pleased to see the progress made on the project since the initial
discussions a year ago. AFAICS the team has addressed most of the previous
concerns, thus I'm +1 for moving this forward.

As a mentor, I am committed to guiding the project through its incubation,
ensuring it continues to develop in a vibrant and diverse direction and
follows the Apache Way.
