Hi,
All code of the project will be donated to ASF. There were some inconsistencies 
when the project was just open source, but now it is developed based on the 
github version.

internal version iterations were not synchronized in time. 

Does that mean a different version to what in that GitHub will be donated to 
ASF? That may complicate things a little as we would need to know who the 
contributors were.
